PhotoCraft 0.9.0: Photoshop Actions (.atn) support

PhotoCraft 0.9.0 introduces Photoshop Actions import/export with an Actions panel, folder organization, dialog toggle, Insert Stop, and mapping of frequent Photoshop events including Place, Open, Image Size, and Paint Bucket. This closes issue #219. CMYK correctness improvements ensure Color Picker, Brush, Paint Bucket, and Edit > Stroke all write picked inks correctly into CMYK documents. New DPX frames open/save support and XPM full X11 color name import are included. Brush stroke commit improved from 136ms to 0.8ms (P32), eliminating freeze on stroke release. Quick Selection is 37% faster on 24MP images. Layer moves avoid second document clones and bounds-cache sweeping per call.

What it means for you: Users with existing Photoshop Actions can now import and run them in PhotoCraft, significantly improving workflow migration. The Actions panel provides familiar organization and editing capabilities. Print production workflows requiring CMYK are now more reliable. DPX support enables professional film and video workflows. These changes address real production requirements for print and broadcast users. Painting and selection workflows are significantly more responsive, especially on high-resolution images. These optimizations address user-reported performance pain points.

FigCraft development: File-access controls in progress

FigCraft's development documentation reveals unreleased file-access controls for managing project permissions and sharing. The documentation describes frames, auto layout, components, and variants as core features, with desktop and Web targets planned.

What it means for you: FigCraft remains in Early alpha with active development on collaboration features. The file-access controls suggest future team-oriented functionality, but these are not yet available in public builds.
